  • Praia dos dois Irmãos

    2km away from the center, to the south, access by the beach after the dam. Cove with multicolored cliffs. The sea is suitable for swimming, in certain stretches care must be taken with the corals that are under the sand. During low tide, natural pools appear under the reefs. The monazite sands are a remarkable presence. Refreshment Rivers. There is no beach hut.

  • Praia do Imbassuaba

    10 km from the center, to the north, access is via an unpaved road towards Praia do Moreira to the gate of a private property. Deserted beach with weak waves, suitable for bathing at all tides. At the beginning of the beach is the Imbassaba River, great for swimming. Ideal for kayaking and fishing. It does not have a beach tent.

  • Praia do Pier

    The beach is a cove with green, warm and shallow waters. Ideal for bathing at all tides. Bordered by inns, restaurants and stalls among the almond trees, highlighting the Cumuruxatiba River at the entrance of the village, which was dammed, forming an immense pool with a sand floor. The beach has a coral dam that extends across the entire beach. At low tide you can walk into the sea for more than 200m. A great option for water sports. The Pier stands out for its rustic look.

  • Praia do Calambrião

    14km away from the center, to the north, access is via an unpaved road passing through farms, it is advisable to go to Barra do Cahy and walk south for 1km. Semi-deserted beach and in front of farms. It is adorned with a greenish sea. Great for swimming and colorful cliffs. In the central part next to the coral house, the monazitic sands are cut by the Riacho Itaipu. It does not have beach huts.

  • Praia da Ponta do Moreira

    8km away from the center, to the north, access is via an unpaved road, there is a signpost for access to the trail that leads to the beach. Semi deserted beach in a region of many coconut trees and orchids. Great lookout facing the Rio do Peixe. Ideal for bathing. It has many coral formations at low and high tide. It does not have beach huts.

  • Praia da Japara Mirim

    8km away from the center, to the south, access by road towards Prado, or by the beach after the dam (6km). Deserted beach with high colored cliffs. The sea is suitable for bathing during the tides, it is crossed by the Japara Mirim River, which flows into the region's mangroves. Good for fishing, sailing, nudism. It does not have a beach tent.

  • Praia da Areia Preta

    4km away from the center, to the south, access by the beach after the dam. Cove with multicolored cliffs, over 30m high. The sea is suitable for swimming in certain stretches, care must be taken with the corals that are under the sand. During low tide, natural pools appear under the reefs. It has refreshing rivers and water mines. There is no beach hut.

  • Praia da Barra do Cahy

    18km away from the center, to the north, access is via an unpaved road between Fazendas Cahy and Glória. The beach is known for the landing of Nicolau Coelho. A great option for bathing, fishing and walking. It has a beach tent at Fazenda da Glória, open only on holidays and vacations.
